Pamilearner Bio Notes

-born in 1955
-studied trumpet and string bass in high school
-played (self-taught) steel string finger-style guitar since age 13
-took first classical guitar lesson at age 26 (1981)
-passed a RCM (Royal Conservatory of Music) grade 10 performance exam in 1989
-quit playing guitar from 1991 to 2002
-re-started playing 2003

Pamilearner's guitar

-uses D'Addario EJ44C strings (using the composite G)
-uses a Pearl DX-75 dynamic mic into a Creative SB Live sound card for recording
-videos made by plugging an old Kyocera (KD3030) camera into a "Dazzle Digital Video Creator-80" connection and recording directly on the computer using MGI Videowave-4 software. Frame dropouts occur as the program "goes looking" for free disk sectors.
